人力资源和社会保障部部长尹蔚民日前在介绍我国人力资源和社会保障事业发展历程、主要成就和形势任务时表示，中国面临的就业形势仍然十分严峻，今年全年就业的供求缺口与2008年相比将进一步加大，劳动者求职压力巨大。
尹蔚民介绍，从总量看，劳动力供大于求的矛盾进一步加剧。
今年全年需要就业的人员总数超过2400万人。如果按照8%的经济增长速度测算，全年能够提供的新增就业岗位总数仅约为1200万个，供求缺口与2008年相比将进一步加大。
从群体看，高校毕业生、农民工和城镇困难人员三个群体的就业问题更加突出。从产业结构看，因受金融危机影响，外向型企业吸纳就业的能力显著下降。产业结构调整和升级，使就业容量大的劳动密集型中小企业受到影响。第三产业发展滞后，对就业的拉动作用不足。
求职者需要根据自身实际情况，通过多渠道、多方式，积极解决就业问题。其中，垂直搜索引擎等精准求职网站的新兴求职方式，将会超越人才招聘市场、招聘网站、报刊媒体等传统途径，得到更快发展。

Hey I just wanted to let you know, I actually like the written material on your site. But I am employing Chromium on a machine running version 9.10 of Xubuntu and the design aren’t quite satisfying. Not a strong deal, I can still essentially read the articles and look for for info, but just wanted to inform you about that. The navigation bar is kind of tough to apply with the config I’m running.
